Seated Liberty Quarters using Christian Gobrecht’s design were struck from 1838 to 1891. There were several design modifications to both the obverse and the reverse of Seated Liberty Quarters along the way.
Many scarce and rare date coins can be found in the very popular Seated Liberty Quarter series.
#206663: Well struck with silver-gray lustrous surfaces and a touch of toning at the rim. A very tough date to find in mint state.
#205768: Proper detail for the grade with a pleasing steel-gray color. Only 88,000 minted with PCGS and NGC combining to grade fewer than 90 coins in all grades. And this number almost certainly includes coins graded multiple times!
#203406: Arrows & Rays type. Scarce. Has a very nice look with light golden toning over steel grey surfaces.
#207385: CAC approved. Well detailed with attractive, original surfaces. Nearly XF.
#205759: Arrows and Rays. Scarce 1 year type with the New Orleans mint coin being over 10 times rarer than the 'P' mint.
#124649: A gorgeous coin with golden devices and beautiful iridescent lavender and gold mirrored fields.
